Our main products are flower arrangements which are subject to product availability. Regularly we update our products according to our flower availability. We will contact you using the contact details you provided when placing your order or either:
offer you a replacement item of equivalent quality and price if possible; or cancel your order with your right to a full refund, or if we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we reserve the right to replace a product of equivalent value, quality and color, and any remaining items of your order will be processed with your right to a refund for the items which we were unable to supply. Orders placed online cannot be exchanged.

Refunds of payments
Refunds are only available for purchases if the entire order is not available. Please note that refunds will only be made through the original payment method.
Claiming a refund for purchases should be made within 12 hours of placing your order and no claim will be available after 12 hours.

Delivery Service
The delivery value is calculated at the price shown on the site according to your city. Delivery is 7 days a week, from Saturday to Friday, from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
The sender must provide the correct address and phone number of the recipient and the company will not be liable for any kind of compensation, if the address or data provided by the recipient is not complete, incorrect or does not answer the phone.
In the event of orders during holidays or seasons, orders will be processed within 24 hours, so we advise customers to submit their orders 24 hours before the required delivery date.

Please note that all of our work is made to order so we cannot offer a refund for your purchase should you change your mind.
However, if you wish to delay delivery of your order, please give us two working days notice in advance of the original delivery date.
If there is a quality problem or if you received the wrong order, please contact us immediately. and describe the problem. Wherever possible please send us a photo, so that we can serve you as efficiently as possible.

If an incorrect order is received by you, please inform our customer service as soon as possible, and necessary measures will be taken by us. If you would like us to replace an incorrect order, we will send you the correct order as soon as possible.
